Does “tech speak” leave you feeling lost and at a disadvantage when making decisions regarding IT? Do you have a tech implementation that’s started on track and suddenly not? Is your company falling behind the competition in your use of technology?

Even for the most seasoned executive, navigating tech initiatives might feel like you’re operating in an unfamiliar language. With so much riding on a successful implementation, what steps can you take to navigate the unknown and lead your teams to a positive outcome?

In this discussion, we will review a framework for how non-technical business executives can approach successful technology implementations. Using this approach will help you shape the questions you ask, align the structure of your teams, and determine where to focus your efforts in order to achieve the best results.

    Attendees will:

    • Learn how to approach technology implementations in your organization if you’re not a IT professional.
    • Recognize the questions you should ask during the course of your technology initiatives.
    • Develop a framework that you can apply to foster success for your organization.
