Self-Assessments in the Workplace – Why & When
Many leaders fear that using personality tests and self-assessments may set them up for discrimination suits and unwanted conflict, yet many companies use personality tests and self-assessments regularly in their workplace. Join Paul McMurray, of Insight Management Consulting, for an insightful presentation on when, how and why these assessments are used and how you can avoid the pitfalls of misuse. In this session, Paul will share his experiences as a consultant, coach, and trainer who uses personality tests and self-assessments regularly with his clients.
