Presenter: Thomas Bolger, Vice President of Operations, InGo & Lisa D. Allen, Director of Demand Generation, Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA) in San Diego 

Thomas Bolger is an experienced VP of Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the SAAS, marketing, advertising and events industries.

Thomas has helped to build and lead start-ups by contributing at every level: HTML coding, marketing, customer success, management, strategy, and leadership.

Skilled in Customer Service, Team Leadership and Strategy, Microsoft and Google Suites, Base CRM, and Event Management. Strong leader and problem solver with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Business & Philosophy from Mount St. Mary's University.

Lisa D. Allen is the Director of Demand Generation at Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA). In this role, she develops the strategy for multi-channel demand generation to increase prospect and member registrations at TSIA’s semiannual conference. Her role also includes marketing oversight for the organization’s partner marketing efforts.

Description: You were planning on running your annual event where old friends reconnect, and new partnerships are forged. Then COVID hit and you had 2 choices: Postpone or turn your event virtual.

You might have asked yourself, “How do I replicate my in-person event online? Can I even do that? How much revenue will I be losing? Will my attendees choose a competitors’ event?”

In this session you’ll learn how to successfully pivot your in-person event into an engaging Digital experience which not only maintains your existing community, but grows it.

  1.  Learn how to increase registration and conversion to attendance, even amidst COVID
  2. Learn how digital experiences 365 days a year can complement in-person events and make them more valuable.
  3. Identify tactics for running a successful virtual event
