Description: Organizational disruption comes in all types and sizes from staff turnover, system failures, crisis management and even a pandemic. Is your accounting department prepared to pivot during disruption? What lessons can be learned from the COVID-19 pandemic to plan for the future?
Attend this interactive session, which will include a panel of association executives, to learn how your organization can overcome disruption within your accounting department including how to minimize staff and financial impacts, control environmental impacts, protect your organization’s reputation, minimize impacts on program delivery all to enable the organization to return to normal.
You will leave this session with solutions to consider for your organization’s accounting department including standardizing internal processes, developing a strong internal control structure, documenting policies and procedures, integrating technology, reserve planning, disaster recovery plans, crisis communication plan, and business continuity plans.
