Description: Join the lively panel discussion regarding building, maintaining and growing culture in remote and hybrid work environments.  Even if your organization remained “just like before,” COVID has permanently changed the way we work and the expectations of the workplace.  Among the topics of discussion we will cover: recruiting and retention, management, supervision and leadership as well as balancing office and remote staff plus the expectations and planning for a hybrid world.  The panel will include perspectives from large national associations, the middle market and smaller organizations as well, considering the tools might be different in each.

Program(s) will be evaluated monthly to meet the requirements for fulfilling the professional development requirements to earn or maintain the Certified Association Executive credential. Every program that we offer which qualifies for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation, and we will maintain records of your participation in accord with CAE policies. Refund Policy: Requests for a refund must be made within ten (10) business days from your date of purchase. FAR will issue the refund, minus any non-refundable fees within thirty days.

For the avoidance of doubt, any of FAR’s programs may not be transferred to another person or sold to another person.
