Description:  Attendees will walk through the top ten topics that non-profit leaders are facing when reviewing risk management policies in 2022.

Key topics to be included are those that are a direct result of the pandemic (such as employee relocations, COVID testing and compliance and event cancellation coverage) and those that are standard risk management and employee benefit topics as updated to reflect current market trends. Additionally, how to anticipate the impact to costs going into the next budget year.

  • Empower non-profit leaders to come to meetings with their insurance brokers and board committees prepared with topics addressing the highest risk/relevance to their organization
  • Create awareness of key issues that non-profits are facing with respect to corporate risk and liability
  • Provide data to aid with discussions regarding employee risk topics unique during the pandemic as well as ongoing changes to the work environment
  • Aid with tools for controlling costs related to attracting and retaining key talent in a highly competitive market.
