Thomas Nordby, Principal, CLA 


Thomas is a certified association executive with over 25 years of experience working for organizations in finance and operational management roles. He is a Principal at CLA where he leads the firm's Association Industry Segment which is part of CLA’s Non-profit industry group. He also provides ongoing strategically focused CFO consulting services to a portfolio of non-profit clients. He is an industry thought leader and an experienced public speaker/presenter on developing growth strategies for organizations through modernizing its overall business operations approach by utilizing the best of breed cloud based financial management systems. Thomas is a longtime volunteer and member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and is a past Board Chair of the Finance and Administration Roundtable (FAR), a 501 (c)(6) organization for finance and administration non-profit executives.
