The Leadership Blueprint for Workplace Violence Prevention
Workplace violence remains a pressing challenge, affecting more than 2 million American workers annually and extending beyond physical assaults to include bullying, harassment, domestic abuse, and hostile environments. Rising concerns around mental health, suicide, and domestic violence signal the need for organizations to refresh and strengthen their approach to prevention.
Matt Doherty will share a comprehensive roadmap for developing and sustaining an effective workplace violence prevention program via the eight critical elements of a best practice-based plan — from building multidisciplinary threat management teams to conducting behavioral threat assessments, training employees, and fostering a culture of safety, transparency, and accountability.
Join us to better understand the critical steps organizations must take to not only comply with evolving legislation but also to create safer, more resilient workplaces. This session is particularly valuable for organizations seeking actionable guidance to protect employees, mitigate risks, and enhance organizational well-being.
