Whether or not your organization has an AI strategy, your staff are already using AI — in grant drafts, donor emails, and board reports. The question for leadership isn't whether to adopt, it's whether to lead the adoption or inherit it. This session helps executive directors and board members move from reactive to strategic: understanding what's actually happening in their organization today, setting a direction that reflects their mission and values, and sequencing investment so early wins fund the next phase.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to…

  • Conduct a candid internal audit of current, often invisible AI use across their staff and volunteers
  • Evaluate use cases against a mission-fit, risk, and effort framework
  • Set clear organizational boundaries on AI use for sensitive material — donor data, client records, and legal documents
  • Define a governance structure that assigns ownership without creating bottlenecks
  • Construct a staged roadmap where each phase generates measurable capacity gains

Zeev Wexler turns AI from an abstract concept into strategic advantage. As an AI educator, keynote speaker, and advisor to innovation-driven organizations, Zeev demystifies the complex and inspires confident, informed adoption of AI at every level of business.

He’s trained Fortune 500 executives, startup teams, and global conference attendees, from foundational concepts to advanced implementation frameworks.
