Jennifer Brearey
CFO
AdvaMed
Nonprofit C-Suite of the Year

Jennifer serves as Chief Financial & Operating Officer at AdvaMed, where she oversees Revenue, Marketing, Financial, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facility teams. Appointed CFO in March 2016, she expanded her role to include operations in 2022, bringing over 25 years of finance, accounting, and organizational planning expertise to her leadership.

Her career began in public accounting before advancing through roles at CPA Global and Ford's Premier Automotive Group, where she managed profit analysis and vehicle pricing for Jaguar and Land Rover North America. Jennifer joined AdvaMed in 2012, progressing from Director of Finance to her current executive role.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer demonstrates exceptional commitment to nonprofit leadership, having served as chairwoman of the FAR Roundtable. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Arlington Free Clinic and volunteers as a Girl Scout leader, embodying the community service that defines outstanding nonprofit executives.



Jennifer Zydney

Jennifer Zydney is a Relationship Manager for PNC Bank, specializing in providing nonprofit organizations across the DC area with innovative financial solutions that help them efficiently manage operations and advance their missions. With nearly 25 years in the DC area, she has become a passionate advocate for her nonprofit clients, consistently exceeding expectations through her dedicated service.

Jennifer has championed PNC's involvement with key DC nonprofit organizations, including FAR and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs. Her leadership within FAR includes serving two terms on the Board of Directors and leading the 2019 Nonprofit Leadership Conference. Recognized multiple times as a PNC Market All-Star, she currently serves as President of the Greater Washington Area Women Connect Employee Business Resource Group.

A Trinity College graduate with an MBA from Georgetown University, Jennifer extends her community commitment through board service with Young Playwrights Theater, mentoring with the Higher Achievement Program, and serving as a Montgomery County Election Judge since 2020.



Erica Beadling

Nonprofit Rising Star Professional

Erica Beadling is a motivated problem-solver and emerging leader with five years of transformative experience in HR and business operations at the Center for the Study of Services. Holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Park University and SHRM-CP certification, she brings academic excellence and practical expertise to her role as People & Operations Manager.

Her HR passion, sparked by a formative teenage experience, drives her empathic, people-first approach to workplace leadership. Since joining CSS in 2022 as HR Generalist, Erica's rapid promotion reflects her exceptional impact through high-profile initiatives including launching the organization's first employee survey and engagement program, overhauling the employee handbook, expanding benefits, redesigning hiring processes, and managing a major office renovation and relocation.

As a trusted adviser to senior leadership and primary staff contact, Erica's commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive workplaces has delivered measurable improvements in employee engagement and organizational morale, establishing her as a rising star in nonprofit leadership.
